August: St. Jude Builder's Summit in Memphis, Tennessee
Our team was honored to participate in the annual Builder’s Summit on the St. Jude campus this fall. Our team members, Daniel Weaver & Jake Bebout, made the trip and came back pumped up and ready for this year’s campaign. Check out our event recap below!
October: Groundbreaking
We were excited to break ground on the St. Jude Dream Home on October 15th at 9 AM. This year’s dream home is located in the Anthony Park subdivision at 5993 S. Clay Street (Springfield, MO).

How do I start the home-buying process?

Where are your communities located?
We have established communities all throughout Southwest Missouri. We are currently building new construction homes in Nixa, Battlefield, Ozark, and Rogersville Missouri.
What are the price ranges of your homes?
Our homes are designed to cater to a wide range of needs and budgets, making them suitable for various stages of life and income levels. We offer diverse options to ensure that whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking for a family home, or seeking a luxury property, we have something to fit your requirements. What floor plans do you offer?
We offer multiple custom floor plans in many different configurations. You can view our floor plan options here.
What is the process for financing a new construction home?
Bussell Building does not require you, the buyer, to secure any financing until the day of closing. We will carry the cost of construction, insulating you from interest payments, origination fees, or other associated costs. We will assist you in securing a typical mortgage, just like you would if you purchased an existing home.
